Vernon R. Loucks, Jr. is Chairman of The Aethena Group, LLC, a healthcare merchant banking firm. He is retired Chairman of Baxter International Inc. and held the title of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Mr. Loucks also served as Chief Executive Officer of Segway LLC from January to November 2003.
