Jeffrey Siegal is a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 2001. Mr. Siegal was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of @stake and a Senior Managing Director at Castle Harlan. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force and served as a program manager for the Worldwide Military Command and Control System. He is a director of Cardinal Adhesives, HDT Engineered Technologies, Schafer Corporation and SouthernCare. Mr. Siegal has also served as a director of INDSPEC Chemical Corporation, Universal Compression and Verdugt Holdings.

Mr. Siegal received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics, cum laude, from Clark University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
