Fazle Husain is a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1987 in the Corporate Finance Department and joined Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in 1988. Mr. Husain is a director of Allscripts, National Healing, SouthernCare and Vanguard Health Systems. He has also served as a director of more than a dozen boards including Cardiac Pathways, Cambridge Heart, Cross Country, The Medicines Company and Suros Surgical.

Mr. Husain received a Sc.B. degree in Chemical Engineering from Brown University and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
