Andrew L. Feller is a former Associate of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 2002. Prior to joining MSCP, Mr. Feller was an Analyst in the Private Equity Group at The Blackstone Group L.P. and an Analyst in Salomon Smith Barney's Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Feller is a director of Aqua, CP Power, Maxum Petroleum, National Healing, and Ni America.

Mr. Feller received a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, and an M.B.A. with honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
