David Battle is a Vice President at Metalmark Capital. He joined Metalmark in 2006. Prior to joining the Firm, he was with JP. Morgan Partners and Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co/ First Union Securities. Mr. Battle is a director of HDT Engineered Technologies, and Schafer Corporation.

Mr. Battle received a B.B.A degree, magna cum laude, from The University of Georgia and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
