Martin McNulty is a Vice President with Metalmark Capital. Prior to joining Metalmark, he was a Senior Associate with Sun Capital Partners and a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. McNulty is a director of MeriCap, Monarch Midstream and USI Midstream.

Mr. McNulty received a B.B.A. with dual majors in Finance and Accounting from the University of Iowa.
