Howard I. Hoffen
Chairman & CEO

Howard Hoffen is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1985 and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1986. He oversaw the private equity businesses of Morgan Stanley, including Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Venture Partners and Global Emerging Markets. Mr. Hoffen was formerly a member of the Management Committee for Morgan Stanley Investment Management.

Mr. Hoffen is a director of Camin Cargo Control, EnerSys, Innovetive Petcare, Lifelines, Monarch Midstream, Morgenesis, Northeast Natural Energy, PetroSantander, Premier Research, PTW Energy Services, Renewable Biofuels, Sebela Pharmaceuticals, and TP Host. Kenneth F. Clifford
Partner & Chief Financial Officer

Kenneth Clifford is a former Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Venture Partners and Global Emerging Markets. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1981 and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1986. He was formerly a member of the Investment Committee for the Morgan Stanley Global Emerging Markets Fund. Mr. Clifford is a director of Renewable Biofuels. Mr. Clifford served as a director of EnerSys and Ingenuity Systems.

Mr. Clifford received a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from New York University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Michael C. Hoffman
Partner

Michael Hoffman is a former Managing Director of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1986 in the Strategic Planning Group prior to joining Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1990. He is a former Chief Operating Officer of MSCP, and a former member of the Investment Committee for the Morgan Stanley Global Emerging Markets Fund. Mr. Hoffman is a director of Renewable Biofuels. Mr. Hoffman has also served as a director of Aventine Renewable Energy, EnerSys, HDT Global, Jefferson Smurfit Corporation, eAccess and several other companies.

Mr. Hoffman received a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Gregory D. Myers
Partner

Greg Myers is a Partner at Metalmark Capital. Mr. Myers was previously a senior investment professional at Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. Mr. Myers is a director of Monarch Midstream, Northeast Natural Energy, PetroSantander, PTW Energy Services, and Reliance Gathering. Mr. Myers has also served as director of Cantera Resources, Concert Capital, CP Power, Jones Energy, Maxum Petroleum, MeriCap Credit, Ocwen Structured Investments, Pacific Coast Energy, Triana Energy/Columbia Natural Resources and Union Drilling.

Mr. Myers received a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of Business and a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania. He also received an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.

John Eppel
Managing Director

John Eppel is a Managing Director at Metalmark Capital. He joined Metalmark in 2015 as an Associate, prior to which he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer Group at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Eppel is a director of Innovetive Petcare.

Mr. Eppel graduated magna cum laude from Boston College, where he received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management.

Peter Singh
Managing Director

Peter Singh is a Managing Director with Metalmark Capital. Prior to Peter’s current role, he served as Chief Financial Officer and was a founding executive of Bridge Energy LLC. Earlier, he spent several years as Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Coast Energy Company, a Metalmark portfolio company. Prior to his time at Pacific Coast, Peter was an Associate at Metalmark. He started his career as an Analyst in the M&A group at Gleacher &amp: Company. Mr. Singh is a director of Northeast Natural Energy and Premier Research.

Peter graduated with an A.B. with Honors in Economics from Harvard University.

Vanessa L. Adler
Principal and Director of Investor Relations

Vanessa Adler is a former Vice President and Director of Investor Relations of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. She joined Morgan Stanley Capital Partners in 1995.

Ms. Adler received a B.A. in English and Anthropology, magna cum laude, from Amherst College and an M.B.A. from New York University.

David J. Boudo
Principal

David Boudo is a Principal of Metalmark Capital responsible for financial and operational activities since its formation. Mr. Boudo was previously a Vice President of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, which he joined in 1996. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Boudo served in various capacities at Glencore International (LSE: GLEN) and GAMCO Investors (NYSE: GBL; formerly Gabelli Asset Management Company).

Mr. Boudo received a B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Fairfield University.

M. Glen Itwaru
Principal

M. Glen Itwaru is a Principal of Metalmark Capital responsible for financial, operational and technology activities since its formation in 2004. Mr. Itwaru is a former Financial Associate of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, which he joined in 1996. Mr. Itwaru received a B.S. in Finance from St. John’s University.

Josh Hyman
Vice President

Josh Hyman is a Vice President at Metalmark Capital. He joined the firm in 2019, prior to which he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Consumer Retail Group at Barclays. Josh graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he received a B.A. in Economics.

Nitin Saxena
Vice President

Nitin Saxena is a Vice President at Metalmark Capital. He joined Metalmark in 2018, prior to which he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Evercore. Mr. Saxena graduated from the University of Michigan, where he received a BBA from the Ross School of Business.

Jared Fogel
Senior Associate

Jared Fogel is a Senior Associate at Metalmark Capital. He joined Metalmark in 2020, prior to which he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Jefferies and the Consumer & Retail Group at Wells Fargo. Mr. Fogel graduated from the University of Virginia, where he received a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce.

Justin Bartenbach is an Associate at Metalmark Capital. He joined Metalmark in 2022, prior to which he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Diversified Industrials and Leveraged Finance groups at Citi.  Mr. Bartenbach graduated from Boston University, where he received a B.S. from the Questrom School of Business.
